If you are coming from the desktop software, you may have noticed that not all detailed reports are currently available. But don’t worry! There is another option to create a report of your choice that is quick and easy.
To make a report using the Return List, use the following steps:
- While in the Return List, select the Settings symbol and Customize Columns.
- While the Customize Columns flyout is open, you can drag and drop any headers that you wish to show, along with the order that they appear at the top of the list.
- Once the list is set up as desired, select View More Actions, then Export Return List. This will export the list as a .csv or .xls that can be used in Microsoft Excel or most spreadsheet-based programs.
