Carrying forward your clients to your Online software is simple! Sign in to your Gannon Online software and click on the New Return button. Then type in the SSN of a return that you filed last year and is in accepted status (or the SSN of a return you had in your system if you previously used the Online software), and you will receive a carryforward prompt.
