You can set up information for each preparer in your Gannon Online software or even override every preparer's information with the Admin's information! Do this by signing into the intended user, clicking on the user's name in the top right, and then selecting Settings.
From this window, select General Settings, and you should be taken to the General Settings window. Select Tax Preparer under User Settings, and you can fill out basic preparer information in this window.
This information will appear at the bottom of the Main Information sheet on the tax return. You may also set this information up in Return Templates.
